Let’s Eat Friday: A Healthy New Tradition

We’d like to try out a new thing around here, announcing….Let’s Eat Friday!. We keep stumbling across so many healthy, delicious eats, and want to share some of the fun ideas and places we come across. At Balanced Health Chiropractic and Massage we believe a healthy lifestyle includes a lot of different things, including healthy eating. And since there are so many fun, healthy, and unique eats here in the Utah Valley, let’s start sharing them.

As we’ve been planning on trying out on the advice of others is Pho 33 here by us in Midvale, Utah. If you haven’t tried Pho before, here’s a description from wikipedia:

Phở ([fə̬˧˩˧] ( listen)) is a Vietnamese noodle soup, usually served with beef (phở bò) or chicken (phở gà).[1] The soup includes noodles made from rice and is often served withVietnamese basilmint leaves, lime, and bean sprouts that are added to the soup by the person who is dining. The dish is associated with the city of Hanoi, where the first pho restaurant opened in the 1920s.

Mmmmmm! Yelp reviews say it’s cheap and delicious and they also offer vegetarian options as well.
